Dynamics of Desire
The Power & Peril of Polarity
A Free Live Workshop for Women
Tuesday, January 13 · 10:00–11:15am ET
Replay available for 72 hours
Polarity expresses through everything.
Through attraction.
Through conflict.
Through longing.
Through our wounds and our attachments.
Through our most empowered and liberated love.
And yet…
For many women, the word polarity evokes discomfort, resistance, or confusion. Often for good reason.
Much of what is taught as polarity collapses something subtle and multidimensional into rigid roles, gendered behaviors, and power dynamics that feel limiting, outdated, or wounding. From this lens, polarity can feel unsafe, regressive, or constricting.
This workshop is an invitation to step out of that confusion.
To understand polarity beyond domination and submission.
Beyond “masculine vs feminine” as inherited social scripts.
Here, polarity is explored as an energetic phenomenon that operates simultaneously across multiple domains:
biological, psychological, emotional, and spiritual;
superficial and deep;
dense and subtle.
Polarity does not disappear as we grow.
What changes is how it is lived.
What we’ll explore…
How polarity, when lived in its densest expressions, may be sexually enlivening yet fail to serve the heart, the nervous system, or deeper spiritual capacities for intimacy
The cost of trying to make our partners more like us
Why eliminating difference kills desire, and why pathologizing difference does the same
How polarity can exist without hierarchy, coercion, or self-abandonment
What becomes possible when difference is met with curiosity rather than correction
Rather than treating tension as a problem to be solved, we will approach it as a living current, one that can be opened, tended, and trusted.
Relax inside difference.
Release the impulse to manage what feels unfamiliar.
Let desire, intimacy, and love coexist without contraction.
