Administrative Assistant


Position Overview 

We’re hiring a part time Administrative Assistant who can support us in fulfilling our mission to empower women with the tools to invite more depth, intimacy, and communion into their lives and relationships and connect with the wisdom and power of the sacred feminine.

Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with our CEO to assist and support the day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for the execution of administrative tasks, warmly communicating and engaging with our clients / community as well as aiding with the systems that support business growth and expansion. 

This opportunity is a remote, part-time contractor position. Starting rate is $24 per hour and depends on experience level and skillset. Starting hours will vary between 5-15 hours per week or 1-3 hours per day, Monday-Friday

Responsibility 

  • Engaging with clients and potential clients in a warm and friendly manner

  • Managing community communication channels 

  • Responding to emails and client queries 

  • Responding to social media DM’s and comments 

  • Supporting the community in understanding the programs and mentorship opportunities available to them

  • Assisting the day-to-day operations and administrative needs 

  • Providing admin and logistical support on live teaching sessions and workshops 

  • Providing support with launches and ad hoc projects

  • Implementing systems and processes  

  • Learning and deepening in the Way of Devotion path

  • Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) 

  • Supporting the CEO in executing her vision and growing the business

  • Looking for areas and opportunities to take tasks off of CEO’s plate

  • Cultivating trust and meaningful relationships with our clients, potential clients, and community 

  • Our clients and community have a consistent and memorable experience with the Way of Devotion team

  • The CEO feels supported and has the space to focus on teaching, writing, and planning and visioning retreats/workshops/programs

  • Creating a streamlined and automated workflow that supports company growth 

  • We have clear plans, systems, & processes that are being followed and executed

  • Aligning our actions and tasks with the goals and vision of the company 

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or related role

  • Experience engaging with communities and customers (e.g. customer support or community management)

  • Experience working with an online business or working remotely 

  • Compassionate communication – you understand human emotions, feelings, thoughts, tendencies and display patience, empathy and seek understanding

  • A strong sense of emotional and spiritual maturity

  • Act in alignment with company mission, vision and values

  • An excitement to learn and grow, and a willingness and ability to welcome constructive feedback

  • A deep interest in Way of Devotion philosophy and teachings

  • Experience or a willingness to learn Kajabi, SquareSpace, Zapier, Stripe, Google Drive, Acuity, Zoom, basic audio and video editing, Slack, Asana, Telegram is a huge plus!

  • Are located within the North American time zone, ideally Eastern Standard (or can work between 9-5 US Eastern time) *If you’re located in FL, that's a plus! 

  • Have the flexibility to work varying hours week-to-week

  • You are interested in partnering with a team long-term 

This role is not aligned with you if: 

  • Aren’t interested in supporting or communicating with others  

  • You are juggling too many clients and have limited bandwidth

  • Aren’t interested in coming up with ideas for company growth 

  • Are only looking for a short-term or temporary role and you’re not looking for a company that’s ready to grow with you, and help you develop as a person and a team member

  • Don’t have the capacity to support / hold space for sensitive or deep and transformative experiences.

  • Are not interested in are able to receive constructive feedback
