The Leadership Council is a 3-month high-touch group mentorship for budding leaders & teachers who want support in building a deep and impactful framework to hold their visions, creations, skill, services, and care.

This is not a teacher training—you will not be learning how to teach what I teach, but how to implement Way of Devotion principles into your current work to create a fulfilling and successful business/practice rooted in integrity and love.

Since I started Way of Devotion in 2017, I have gone through many trials and errors to arrive where I am today in relationship with my business. The most important lesson I have learned along the way is that you do not need to betray your deep heart to earn a prosperous living and you do not need to resort to manipulative sales tactics to receive enrollments into your offerings.

What you do need is:

• Solid systems in place to hold the big energy and evolution of your work

• Tangible and energetic structures to direct people to the right places and inspire trust with your clientele

• Unwavering devotion to truth, clarity, and love

• An ability to stay anchored, resourced, and nourished through the ups and downs of running a business, showing up publicly, and holding more responsibilities

• Integrity to your deep heart and spiritual values, and an ability to listen to your bodily wisdom as you implement decisions in your business

• Support from peers, mentors, and teachers + support within your business as it grows, delegating tasks that drain you from your zone of genius

The Leadership Council is a space to be held through the birthing process of the next iteration of your business and leadership. It is a space to lean into new edges, be held in your power, be celebrated in your growth, and receive loving feedback and insight into the places where you might be hiding from stepping into greater influence.

This group is best suited for women who are already anchored in their gifts and now need the support in bringing them (and marketing them) into the world. The council is most appropriate for teachers, mentors, coaches, artists, and facilitators whose work falls in the domain of spirituality, sexuality, embodiment and/or wellness, and are interested in running an online business, building their on-on-one practice, hosting virtual group programs, and/or leading in-person retreats and experiences.
